Dinner

We start with a traditional Hungarian soup:

  • Broth in rustic style (chicken, beef rump-steak, vegetables, pasta)

The main course will be offered on big shared plates at each round table with the following mix of servings:

  • Zander (fish) strips in rosemary breading
  • Chicken breast stuffed with mozzarella and tomatoes wrapped in bacon
  • Breaded (fried) pork loin
  • Sirloin steak bites with porcini mushrooms in red wine
  • Breaded (fried) cheese and mushrooms
  • Steak fries
  • Steamed vegetables
  • Rice with green peas
  • Mixed summer salad

There will be a midnight dinner:

  • Beef stew
  • Homemade noodles

Drinks

You can have unlimited consumption of the following drinks:

  • Beer on tap (Soproni)
  • White, red and rosé wine (from the Pécsinger Winery in Pannonhalma)
  • Soft drinks, juice, mineral water
  • Lemonade, homemade syrup

We will provide some bottles of the following spirits:

  • Pálinka (Hungarian shot made of fruit)
  • Johnnie Walker Red Label Whisky
  • Russian Standard Vodka
  • Jägermeister
  • Bailey's Irish Cream Liqueur
