The wedding will take place in the beautiful city of Győr. It will be a bilingual celebration: Hungarian and Spanish. It is a kid friendly event, but please leave the dogs and cats at home

The ceremony starts at 16:30, but we meet around 16:00. After saying yes and taking some pictures in front of the church, we invite you to walk over to the venue of the wedding party.

Wedding Party

The party starts when we arrive from the church, around 18:30. We suggest walking from the church (500m distance), but there is also free parking in the yard for those who arrive by car. The entrance to the upstairs room is through the outside staircase.

Food and drinks

Dinner will be served shortly after we arrive at the venue, with mixed plates at each table. We will also have a meal at midnight. You can see the detailed menu here. If you are on a special diet, please tell us in the attendance form.

Presents

You will have the opportunity to give us the presents in the hotel before the dinner. If you have any creative idea, don't hold back. Otherwise, we have created a wishlist to help you with choosing a present If you want to keep it simple, we are also happy with an envelope (for the honeymoon). But there won't be a traditional Hungarian menyasszonytánc.

Accomodation

Amstel Hattyú Hotel offers 10% discount of room prices for the guests of the wedding. Book your room via email or telephone and let them know that you are coming to the Nikházy-Mero wedding. Also, there are many other options for accomodation in the city center close to the venue.

Weather

The weather here at the end of September is unpredictable, it could be anything from sunny 30 °C to rainy 10 °C.

Music

We would like you to dance with us all night, so we want to put together a great playlist for our DJ. If you have some songs that you would like to hear, please list them in the attendance form

Dress code

There is no strict dress code, you can wear anything that suits you. The usual outfit in Hungarian and Ecuadorian weddings is formal or semi formal.
